As part of Hubject’s management team, I am responsible for all marketing strategies and brand management within the company. My role includes responsibility for the marketing budget, resource planning and leading a team of more than 8 marketing experts.

In addition, I am fully committed to my additional tasks at European and global level in China and the USA. These includes ambitious branding and sponsorship projects for the Intercharge network conference (ICNC) and the expansion of Hubject’s global brand, as well as the positioning of new products such as the ISO 15118 Ecosystem (Plug&Charge).

Freelance consultant and project manager

My professional life is characterized by cross-media international product and brand communication. Three years in the media landscape and five years in consulting for renowned creative advertising agencies are the basis of my experience as a freelance consultant, which I have been working on since 2010. A total of 15 years in the advertising and media industry have given me insights into companies and agencies such as heimat, Jung von Matt, Wunderman, DDB, interone, Strichpunkt, Ogilvy, EDEKA, BMW, Audi, Adidas, BVG, Mitsubishi, o2, Vodafone, Unitymedia, 1&1 and BVG among others.

Working out the brand identity, adapting products to the needs of the consumer and making them harmonious and clearly perceptible at all points of contact is particularly close to my heart.
From positioning, design and tonality to colour value details in production, from briefing to roll-out: I take great care with every element, for coherence in itself and to each other and for brand adaptation across all media and regions.
Precise, effective brand management and communication are my passion.

Preparation and presentation of ideas for creation, production and media to the client, planning and control of projects, preparation of timings and budget planning as well as preparation of cost estimates, budget monitoring and accounting. Control of time and content processes with production, media consulting and accounting. Overall responsibility for the company blog, activity as a trainer, repositioning of the company.

Account Manager

heimat Advertising Agency

Starting as Team Assistent, gaining a position as Account Manager. Overall strategic and organisational key account management of the national as well as the international budget of heimat Berlin key customer HORNBACH Baumarkt AG. Campaign briefing and development of the integrated communication strategy of the HORNBACH core brand, further HORNBACH brands as well as internal communications. Project management of 360° communications (e.g. „Ron Hammer or House of Imagination“), preparation of market research and planning of strategic competition analysis for customers.

Postproduction management for TV, cinema, print, coordination of media strategies and distribution plans, responsibility for budget and project calculations, accounting and cost controlling.
